LOCATION : PORT MELBOURNE, VICTORIA
This project is a careful reworking of a modest, aging suburban home—preserving its original footprint while introducing clarity, light, and spatial calm. The house, once marked by wear and quiet neglect, is now reimagined through a series of restrained architectural moves: a refreshed interior palette, improved spatial flow, and the insertion of a central courtyard that brings air and openness to daily life.
The house provides both retreat and routine—four bedrooms, a workshop garage, and moments of connection to sky and garden.
Old bones. New life.
